Reporting to the Manager, Confronting Anti-Black Racism, the Policy Development Officer will plan and lead city-wide policies, strategies, research, social data analytics, and action plans that promote and support equity, poverty reduction, and anti-racism that advance inclusive economic and social development and partnerships with community-based organizations. 2. Research Professional (Health Policy Researcher) — National Institute on Ageing
The Research Professional (Health Policy Researcher) conducts qualitative and quantitative research, produces analyses, and written reports and other products. This role supports the NIA in building a robust, evidence-driven picture of Canada’s health policy landscape as it relates to ageing, and of how Canadians from different communities engage with it. 3. Research Analyst — Pathways to Education
The Research Analyst will support Pathways’ impact by leading quantitative research and analysis to deliver on initiatives that align with their strategic plan. This includes supporting program evaluation work, conducting a market analysis to inform the program’s expansion strategy and synthesizing literature, research and best practices on topics related to their mission. Reporting to the Manager, Evaluation, the Analyst will be primarily responsible for designing and programming surveys, analyzing primary data from surveys and secondary data such as Census and other Statistics Canada data to further Pathway's’ understanding of the socioeconomic characteristics of the communities that Pathways serves.📊📚🎓

Reporting to the Director of Mitigation, the Research Lead is responsible for leading major Institute research projects including overseeing the work of senior research associates and research associates on the Mitigation team. With oversight and guidance from the Director, they will lead scoping, research and analysis, and writing for major projects and reports and will represent the research team in Institute engagement and communication activities. The Senior Policy Advisor will support pension reform and innovation in Ontario by developing policy options and implementing policy initiatives through pension legislation and regulations; prepare briefing materials and policy recommendations for the Minister of Finance; and support the Ontario Budget process. The Anti-Human Trafficking Project Manager will be responsible for developing a comprehensive anti-human trafficking strategy, training and toolkit for member Friendship Centres. The Manager will develop a comprehensive trauma-informed, culture-based, victim and survivor-based anti-human trafficking, strategy and toolkit that all Friendship Centre staff can use when supporting a victim (or suspected victim) of human trafficking; create and co-deliver training sessions for the Friendship Centres on how to use the toolkit and understand the signs of human trafficking; and develop final project report and evaluation on the strategy, training and toolkit, that includes Friendship Centre Anti-HT Program Model options.🛡️🧑🤝🧑
8. Senior Financial Policy Advisor — Ministry of Long-Term Care
The Senior Financial Policy Advisor will develop, monitor and evaluate complex financial management and funding policies, tools and procedures in the Long Term Care Funding and Programs Branch that drive performance across all long-term care homes in Ontario.
