1. Program Standards & Development Officer — City of Toronto
The Program Standards & Development Officer, reporting to the Manager, Client Services, in the Client & Business Services Branch of PFR, will work with a team of PFR professionals involved in the implementation of the City of Toronto Reconciliation Action Plan. Major responsibilities will be to help advance the Division's reconciliation goals, by: reviewing how groups can access PFR spaces; advancing an audit and revision of PFR operations, policies and procedures from a decolonization lens; conducting research; and more. 🏙️📝
2. Project Manager (Transit Fare Equity) — City of Toronto
Through managing the Fair Pass Transit Discount Program, the Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring low-income residents are provided with subsidized transit fares. The successful incumbent will be well versed in program management, coordinating with service delivery partners, leading communication and engagement strategies, undertaking monitoring and evaluation projects, developing budget business cases, and exploring policy opportunities for future program expansions or enhancements.
